Youth Voice of Bangladesh’s Humanitarian Initiative After a Natural Disaster.
In Brahmanbaria Sadar Upazila, the villages of Chanpur, Dubla, Fulbaria, and Masihata were struck by a devastating tornado. In response, Youth Voice of Bangladesh (YVB) conducted a humanitarian relief program to support the people affected by this disaster.
📍 The initiative included:
Delivering food supplies door-to-door from morning until afternoon.
Organizing a collective relief distribution program in the Masihata Union Parishad courtyard.
Engaging youth volunteers in practical actions to support those affected by the disaster.
📍 The program’s primary goals were:
To deliver emergency assistance to those affected by the disaster.
To spread compassion and a sense of responsibility among young people.
To ensure an active role for youth leadership in disaster response.
Through this program, Youth Voice of Bangladesh has proven that an organized youth community, when determined, can quickly, effectively, and compassionately support people affected by natural disasters. This initiative stands as a shining example of developing conscientious, humane, and effective leadership among the youth of Bangladesh.
